After several years, our beloved husband, father, grandfather, and friend, lost his life on November 23, 2022. Jessie received an education in Muskegon, Michigan. Jessie continued his college education at Muskegon Community College, graduating with an Associates degree. On March 14, 1970, Jessie married Yvonne Long. Jessie worked for Meijer Thrifty Acres (Meijer) as a team member in the meat department in 1969. Jessie transitioned into management for many years.Jessie leaves to cherish his precious memories; loving wife of 52 years, Yvonne; son, Jerry Jr. (Robyn) of Indianapolis, Indiana; daughter, Lanesha (Ne-Ne) (Albert) of Flushing, Michigan; son, David of Flint, Michigan; sisters, Dasie, Cleareatha, Rosie, and Willie; brother, James (Patricia); grandchildren, Brooklynn, Kortlynn, Aliana, and Alberto (Berto);
