Ken Kolmodin

In addition to being a fantastic husband, father and grandfather, Ken was an avid sailor, loved to spend time biking, cheering for Michigan football (UM Engineeering, Class of 1971) working on the family Victorian home in Albion, and playing with his grandchildren. He was an important part of the Albion community, serving on numerous boards and volunteering his time and talent to the betterment of the small town. His legacy includes his family, two daughters with doctorates and four grandchildren, and a his widow, Linda Jansen Kolmodin, to whom he was married for 43 years. Other Muskegon connections include his father and mother, Nedine and Ken Kolmodin (Sr.) and sisters, David, Claire and Barbara Kolmodin, all MHS alumni. He is missed everyday!
